Yes, i was thinking of that , or just show up at the training center and get interviewed like one of them did lol.

What's the base seniority look like on the captain side? Any chance a direct entry captain could hold Denver right out of training?

Hard to say. Hiring at United seems to be ramping up and it seems that people in the Aviate program will be moving on fairly quickly. If growth at DEN continues and the company experiences attrition then I could see reserve being relatively short. But if anything changes (there are lots of variables) then you could be stuck on reserve for a very long time.
