Could someone define rapid PIC upgrades? CommutAir’s most junior CA was hired 10/2016. Envoy is displacing new hires into the left seat if they have the 1000 121 time. Endeavor is upgrading those with the 121 time after completion of FO IOE. This is false advertising and deceit. I hope no applicants in the market for a regional to work for do not come here expecting a rapid PIC upgrade only to find out they will be waiting 18-24 months to upgrade here.
