Actually - expect to start seeing LR’s once we get past the original 41 jets. THe 60 plus us a handshake. Our manuals weren’t written to cover LR’s - they were copy and pasted by a company and they used whatever they had on hand which is LR data with XR text. It’s not an inclusion - it’s a mess.

It sounds like Commutair is getting a lot of new hires. Is reserve time in EWR getting longer? Will Commutair keep hiring like this (30-40 per month) all year, or is it going to stop soon?

Have a friend who is a new hire based in EWR. He’s starting his third month of reserve in Feb, hopefully his last month on reserve.

If you can bring a car easily, it will make your life a lot more enjoyable.

The company has said their goal is to hire 30 a month. If they can recruit 40 a month they will put 40 people in class each month. I could honestly see our seniority list grow by 150 this year, which doesn't seem like much but we could have 100-150 leave for greener pastures this year. That's a lot of movement.

Yes...but not until 30 days after your hire date.

Looks like IAD is the junior base now. 2/3 of the new hire class is headed there.
