New Rotor Transition Program

Company is now offering a rotor transition program for mil and civ rotor pilots. Claims they will cover up to $22,100 for the training. This will be an awesome recruiting tool if done right.

Since the amount is $22,100 does that mean no bonus on top? How does this stack up to other airlines? At first glance I noticed Envoy pays $23k plus a $17k bonus.

The best part about their program is the flexibility. Do you follow RTAG (Rotary to Airline Group) on Facebook? There's good commentary on there discussing what makes this program unique. You're correct about the $22,100 meaning no bonus on top. However, whatever you don't spend (say you've already got some FW time), you keep.
