Okay I applied a few weeks back and received an email saying there would not be any FO classes until Q4 and I still have not heard anything.

Are you putting new F/O hires in classes or are you putting them in a pool?

You: "we are currently hiring and putting FO's in class"
Also you: "we having a hiring pool"

Now, maybe it's not a contradiction and the company is doing both. But that wouldn't make sense unless class date offerings were not in chronological order of CJO date. If they're not in order it would be interesting to know what determines whether someone interviewed today gets a date or gets pooled.

Appreciate the info regarding what you think will happen after January 1st.
We are currently interviewing for FO positions.

Someone with a CJO gets put in a pool.

We are running new hire classes with a few FO's in each class.

Not real sure what is so hard to understand with those statements.

So you didn't interview yet?

Recently the Q4 projection was pushed back to late Q1 of next year.

It's about 10x20 and 8ft deep with new diving board. I wish it could be bigger but that's what came with the place

Probably the dumbest response I’ve ever seen on the forums. Not even slightly funny. Nice try though.

The diving board is shown as an obstruction when you land on pontoons.

I thought it wasn't that deep. People have said you shouldn't jump in it head first
