The Rehearsal on Max

I’m watching The Rehearsal on Max. It seems that the pilot that they are shadowing is a Commuteair pilot. Anyone have any info? I can’t imagine corporate is going to be happy with him wearing his company uniform on a comedy show.

My buddy just told me about this. I saw parts of the first season and I loved Nathan For You. Can’t wait to check this out lol

I saw it but didn't see any trademarked logos. I thought I read somewhere else that he had permission. There's no video on actual plane or even in United/Commutair facilities. I also thought it fell short in the end of what it was set out to look into (lack of good CRM as a contributing cause of some historical accidents). Instead it delved into relationship strains between pilot and non-pilot partner. And while this is supposed to be a comedy show (other episodes), nothing about this was comedic. Not sure how it could be anyway when they're talking about aviation accidents.

Wow, you don’t get invited to many parties, do you? The show was hilarious and the commuteair pilot was made to look like a weenie. His pilot wings were the thing that gave it away as far as who he worked for.

Searched a few names from the cast thru the FAA database and none have an ATP nor E145 types so it’s possible it has nothing to do with CommuteAir. The lead guy, Nathan has a CPL with 737 type tho 🤷‍♂️
