Would someone be so kind as to PM me or give me the rates for a family for medical, dental and vision please? If you have the deductible information for medical, please include it.

Also, can you get PHX out of training as a home base? Current Captain upgrade times on website correct?

Can you get your income into the 60-70’s if you push it? I’m used to only having 8 days off a month, don’t mind the hustle.

going off of memory. The family plan was costing me around 590 I think for everything. The deductible I THINK was 2000 maybe. It's not great insurance. If um wrong someone can correct me. (the wife understands insurance so she looked it all over and told me what to get)

Phx is a wild card. Right now new hires are getting it out of training. How long that keeps up is anyone's guess.

Upgrades should be about 2 years, likely to come down a bit... I wouldn't count on much lower than that. Plan for the worst... Wherever you go.

For kids 60s income your going to have to do 132 hours. Every month. That's a lot of hustle.is it possible? Sure, but that's a lot of hustle and you're very much going to be an outlier. I wouldn't count on that. First three months you'll be in training, then however long on reserve. That makes for a LOT of open time/critical pay trips. Not impossible, but very close to it.

Sent PM for the medical... I think our insurance is decent, very thankful to have it. We have 3 plans with ranging deductibles and costs. We have FSA and HSA which is nice, dental is very cheap (12 bucks/mo for me and wife) with orthodontist work up to 2k included (50% coins).

Agree with most of Poser, the signing bonus is still available so I think if you add that in you are in the ballpark of 60k (thats with a normal line like 85-100 credit).

When I was an FO I credited 110-120 hrs most months (I live in base, close to the airport, and flew 90+ hrs a month every month). It was a grind, but it worked for me and my wife at the time. I wouldn't count on doing much more than that before you hit FAR 117 caps.
