Default Health benefits

I searched on here, but couldn't find an answer to this one.

As a new-hire, how many days after starting training do health insurance benefits start?

Thanks

First of the next month following 30 days on property.
For instance, if your day 1 indoc class is June 7th, 30 days after that is July 7th, insurance kicks in August 1st.

OO is 60 days, FWIW...

Which health insurance provider does Compass offer? Is coverage decent? Affordable? Overpriced? Do you/would you use it for family coverage, or is it one of those scenarios where it's better for you to have single coverage and your spouse to stay on their own coverage with their employer?

UHC & Delta Dental MO. UHC: $340 single/ $1020 family annual deductible and 20% copay, is the highest plan, for about $75 a paycheck if single. Preventative care included. One eye exam. Meds: $10-$30 copay. Mail order: varies. Dental: $50 single / $125 family annual deduct for restore & major, but no deduct for preventative which is 90% coverage. LTD and Life is included in the CBA. Flexible spending, and other disability and life add-ons available too. 30 days after DOH.

Thanks. That sounds similar to my wife's plan, her employer also used UHC and delta dental. Something like $75/month for the better HDHP and upward of $800/month for the same plan with family coverage.
