Recruiting Event Dress Code?

Planning to attend an upcoming recruiting event. What’s the typical dress code? Fully prepared to show up in a suit but I don’t want to be the only one.

Business casual is fine if you are just shopping around. If you plan to or think you will interview there, best to wear a suit. Also if you plan on interviewing and have a beard, make sure you shave it. Apparantly this has been an issue recently...

Also have a good haircut, have your hair nicely groomed, dress shoes shined, and no ear buds. Look the part to get the part. You are starting on a career ladder that will result in (eventually) being a highly paid professional.

That sounds really ghey dude.... I just spray on some Axe at the last minute... the more the better

Nothing says regional airline material like Axe body spray. Be sure to call our recruiters "bro" or "brah" if you're from Cali.

This is actually true. Recruiting department people have mentioned it. Although I think the below routine is minimal effort.

Properly fitted suit and pressed/starched dress shirt. Polish your shoes as well. You have one opportunity to impress the recruiting team for the first time. A firm business handshake is important as well.

Guy, this is Compass, not United. Show up with a heartbeat and a medical and you’re in.
