Wow.. Company trying to hire more SLIPS after so many quit with all the DH pay issues etc. The Feb 7 hotline had info about this... Multiple open grievances with mgmt about SLIP pay

Perhaps some of those SLIP vacancies are folks going back to the line. That, and now with fewer SLIPs maybe it’s backing things up in the ‘ol schoolhouse. Double whammy.

Funny, the people in the schoolhouse in MSP are all upset they’re getting stuck in STL so much, being told a lot of their MSP stuff will be going to other instructors. Meanwhile just did an event in STL with a instructor that wasn’t even a compass guy
