By the way with addition of the 737 coming on board in mid spring, management and union were forced to talk pilot pay for all airframes, I'm not saying it will be industry leading but from the sounds of it we won't be at the bottom of pay scale anymore. If you can't get that dream job or LLC gig get over here we'd love to have you.
