a lot of reasons, from inefficient carry in pairing design to inefficient schedule changes on the 1st of the month, as well as less reserve coverage overall, throughout the month people will finish IOE and get build ups or reserve days taking up open time and increasing the number of reserves available, so coverage tends to be better toward the end of the month.

Will CP provide adequate time off to grow the stache? I've noticed it's popular here and would like to participate but how do I avoid the creepy early stages of the stache growth?

I think the thing that makes it “creepy” is when people under 40 years old do it. Then it’s creepy at all stages

Since we're not flowing anyone to Frontier with this flow agreement (backed up training/class dates/flow on hold until further notice) can we just get rid of the worthless flow? Nobody from CP can flow to them right now. Nobody from CP can get hired outside the flow. Great for CP I guess, they won't lose any pilots to Frontier.

What a joke. Are they trying to advertise this 'flow' to new hires
