Just don't pick up tradeboard trips on reserve. It'll let you pick it up, but you won't get paid (unless you're already breaking guarantee). |
If on reserve, flights picked up as a trade from another pilot don't automatically go above guarantee like as if you picked up open time. They do count towards your flight credit like any flight you fly on reserve. But if you don't break 75 hours of credit that month, you essentially flew a trip "for free" because that same reserve pilot who did not fly that traded trip still credited the same min guarantee.
