Or it could be that the ratio between butts and available airplanes are higher. Since they're losing 15 delta airplanes to Republic. I talked to a recruiter at OSH and said they are slightly slowing down hiring and won't have open class dates until January '19

I wouldn't get all giddy if a contract does get signed. This would not help any of us get out of here any sooner and would just perpetuate the pennies on the dollar regional model. I for one want no part of that.

I can't wait to fly 747 again! Or whatever tail it is now. I'm sure I'll figure it out pretty quickly.

Talked to recruiters during OBAP, its likes vacation time for them, classes 2018 are full, all they do is show up for the fairs, interview maybe 10-15 candidates A MONTH! And being super picky too.
So i dont think UA rumor is gonna happen.
As for Republic if it happens, cant wait for cross-beed start while taxiing.
