Hey dudes and dudettes,
Gonna throw mine in here to keep the thread going:
1. I was at Compass just a little over four years.
2. Flying the LUV-ly 737.
3. Lots of great memories. Morning beers at the Midnite Mine in Fairbanks (and the hot springs too), Embassy Suites happy hours, hanging out by the pool at the Scottsdale Holiday Inn.
4. The tight knit Seattle base. What a fantastic group of people.
I was one of the lucky ones who upgraded very quickly in 2015. I will forever be grateful for the exceptionally competent FOs (both brand new and seasoned) who kept me out of trouble back then.
It makes me a little sad whenever I see Skywest 175's in places where it was once exclusively Compass. I'm hoping that everyone still at Compass finds their way forward in the coming months.

I've been looking forward to doing this since the thread started. I never imagined that I'd do it after such a short stint, but I also never really thought the place would die. I'll miss CPZ, but it's good to have made a move in the right direction.
1. 18 good months at CPZ.
2. A place where the beer flows like wine, and the Instagram famous instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. We also have a larger than average stripe. Regarding the beer....seriously.
3. Singing callouts and checklists on 5-leg days.
4. Double waves (keep your eyes open in SNA, guys), the CPZ comradery, and overnights in general.
See you guys around. Resist the sweater vest!!

Yeah first year pay is pretty bad but second year pay is worth it. Great QOL. Huge growth. Just many exciting things to come. Reserve time will be minimal and upgrade will be quick. Training isn't easy here by any means but checkride is tomorrow so that should be fun. Overall Spirit is a pretty great place to be. It's nice not stressing about when Delta may or may not call. I'm happy where I'm at and wouldn't mind spending a long time here.

1. How long you've been at CPZ.
21 Months
2. Where you're going.
X, its amazing over here.
3. Your favorite memory.
So many, probably a FA fighting with the bouncer at Trailer Park After Dark in San Diego.
All overnights in Bend.
The new Victoria Hotel.
Being senior enough to bid avoid SLC.
4. What you'll miss the most
The crews I flew with, in 21 months I had just one guy I didn't enjoy working with. Compass was a joy to be with and I hope you guys finally get some great news. If not the place with a racing stripe is equal to or better in regards to culture, pay is fantastic, and the company treats you like kings(or queens). So long my friends. SEEYA
