Potential first year pay

I’d like to hear what some of you guys made in year 1 with Compass. If I lived in base (LAX) and worked my a$$ off, what is the earning potential for a hungry FO?

Thanks fellas, and ladies.

There will probably be better answers. Not including bonuses, my average after-tax take home is ~$3000/month. I almost never pick up extra due to other obligations.

This goes for me as well. I don't have enough days off to pick up anything extra.

(([Hours credited] x 42) x 0.75) +400 = cpz FO pay.

Working my butt off in base in SEA I could get 95-120 hours of credit per month, abusing the PPW.

That said expect to spend at least 4 months on reserve making 75 a month
