No, AA contract expires in 2023. Compass is getting at least 20 planes from UAL.

Hopefully you guys get more flying. Tough part about United is they are scoped out on the 175s, so the flying will be at the expense of another regional. We all know they are trying to feed the XJT since they just purchased them, so I would assume Mesa, but who knows. Best wishes to you all.

Sorry to hear guys. I will always have great memories of cpz and the crews. Can’t believe Delta is offering to help with career fairs to help you make it to Skywest and Endeavor...... 🤮

It will most likely be Mesa. They’re in the process of adding 737s to their ops cert to start flying for Amazon.

Out of curiosity, anyone know the condition or age of Mesa's 175s?

Don’t hold your breath. United is probably the cheapest out of he big 3. If it makes financial sense to give that flying to xjet, Skywest, Republic, or Mesa they will. Those regionals already know and excel in the United operation. The old saying, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” applies here. IMO sounds like a carrot to keep you guys around... hope it works out though.

Very possible that happens. It would be kind of frustrating for anyone looking to start their airline career if the market is flooded with 700 applicants.

I thought the sale of xjet entitled skywest to the next round of UAL birds?
