I知 calling it:
Let the record show this is all made up by me and has no fact and wasn稚 even dreamed up by anyone in MSP. This is satire.
Again I知 not a spokesman for the company in any way just a bored line pilot and I alone typed this up: Many of you have been waiting for more information about the opportunity that we are pursuing with a new partner. Despite our best efforts to streamline this process, we have encountered significant delays as we work out the details of the agreement. Although we are still hopeful of securing this new opportunity, unfortunately it will come to fruition later than we have originally planned.
This is satire
This leaves us forecasting an overstaffed situation for the winter and spring months as we take time to adjust to a changing fleet size. As such, effective next week, we will be temporarily suspending new hire classes for our crews. In addition, we will be temporarily pausing upgrade classes. These decisions were made after much consideration, and we hope to resume these classes as soon as it is financially responsible to do so.
This is satire
Additionally, we would like to offer our flight and cabin crews the opportunity to take unpaid leave for the months of January through March. A document in Comply will soon be released detailing the conditions of this process.
This is satire
Let the record show that we are NOT in a furlough condition and we hope to avoid this state. We have never furloughed in the past and we do not anticipate it to become necessary, provided our continued negotiations are successful.
This is satire
In the mean time we thank you all for your patience. As always, good things take time, and we are confident that there is an exciting opportunity for us ahead.
This is satire
Let the record show I知 not trying to make a statement or poke fun at anything. Just throwing another rumor into the mill.

Delta is taking the 7 A330s from Thomas Cook, but we're getting all of the A320/321s. We will be operating them for Moxy in combination with the E195s from Azul, they will be buying Compass to get the certificate. All part of the plan. The 195s will come pretty quick, it will take longer to get the Airbus added to the certificate.
