Who's going to Sunny?

Personally, I think Compass will either get more flying or it will die, since the overhead costs won’t be sustainable by a 20 aircraft fleet. If it dies, we won’t be restricted from Frontier which is far more commutable and will probably have similar upgrade times to Sunny.
Barring them establishing a base at PDX or LAS or DEN or someplace more commutable, I think most of us have better options than Sunny if that additional flying doesn’t materialize. YMMV however.

I accepted my CJO, but I’m coming from a different regional. It was a step up for me, but could be seen as a step sideways for someone who’s further along in their career progression. If you’re a low time FO and willing to live in MSP, I don’t think it’s a bad move. Upgrade time is 3 years and will come down with fleet growth. If you’re already a captain or close to upgrade, it doesn’t make much sense IMO unless you’re specifically looking to live in MSP. My 2 cents.
Definitely don’t commute though .
