Default Compass Pay Raises

APC states that contractual pay raises will be given June 2008 till 2012. Any Compass guys know how much the raises will be and how many of them there will be? Specifically, what will first year FO pay be after June 2008? I would really like to see what the pay chart will look like in 2012 if it is available.

Thanks

6/1/08 CA FO

Year 1 61.47, 23.59
Year 2 63.50, 34.27
Year 3 65.66, 36.46

6/1/09 CA FO

Year 1 62.54, 24.00
Year 2 64.61, 34.87
Year 3 66.81, 37.10

Hopefully that helps you out. Unfortunately the pay rates are far from industry standard/leading, but some would say we make up for it in the workrules.

Yeah, they are pretty similar to ExpressJet and we have pretty good work rules and fly 50 seaters.

The new payscale is still a joke for the airplanes they fly...

Well, I did see one useful post....As for the rest of you guys, good luck with your my job is better mentality. Should get you far in this career.

I figured it like this, someone getting interviewing right now will see the payscale as follows with yearly increases.

CA ------- Fo
1. 61.47 23.59
2. 64.61 34.87
3. 67.48 37.47
4. 70.25 39.38
5. 73.66 41.10

And that takes us to 2012 from current. Now I would like to add that I am pleased with my time at CMP. Could some things be better, of course they could be. Could things at ALL airlines be better......I'll leave that one for you to ponder.
