Hi Folks,

Been thinking about applying to Compass. I have a few questions though before sending the app.

1) Are you being paid during training? Even during the home study period?

2) What are the highlights of the contract: Block or better? 100% line guaranteed? trip trade? min days off?

3) How's the health insurance offered by the company?

4) Can your immediate family non rev on NWA for free or is there a fee? What about buddy passes?

5) How many weeks of vacation?

Block or better, 11 days off, 75 hrs

Free NREV, parents pays a fee, also fee for 1st. Working on buddy passes

Home study is paid but not at min 75 hours. It’s paid at a lesser rate. Not sure exactly what the $ figure is. But you are allowed to keep your current job during the home study course as long as it doesn’t involve part 121 flying. Min 75 hours dosen't start untill after the home study.
