thats one hell of a ride.... if you figure 3 minutes to fly a stabelized approach then 5 minutes to lose 27-250000 feet nice job! a beer is on order for the crew

Yes...A customer should have no resonable expectation to get from A to B alive.

Granted, complaining is a little excessive but to call her a BEE YOTCH is a bit excessive me thinks.

Just be thankful everyone got on the ground safely!!! Always looking for hand outs, what a shame!!! bee yotch is so impolite, she's more of a douche!!!

Avg time from start of fire to complete hull loss is 11 minutes. These guys did a great job of responding efficiently. Glad it turned out safe.
