So Compass is moving it's headquarters and DCI is also relocating from ATL to MSP. Who's ready for 52 pick-up?

Wonder if we'll pick up some of NW's current dispatchers after their SOC moves to ATL. I'd hate to go through the experience of working with 100% new dispatchers again.

NWA dispatch career experience vs. CPZ dispatch experience.

Anyone who's taken a tour through the MSP SOC building would have an easy decision!

Well, now maybe there won't be such a huge disconnect between the management and the rest of the operation. Perhaps clean up HR and training, the two worst.

Cleaning up training and HR is highly unlikely. The problems will continue until the sim is brought to MSP and everything is done in-house. HR will not change because they change people so much the way it is.

Uh ya'll misunderstood my comment about "new" dispatchers. I was saying that taking on ex-Northwest dispatchers would be far preferable to working with brand new never-before dispatchers again, because that was a nightmare. Our SOC still isn't that great but it's greatly improved from where it was a year ago.

In my book, HR and Training isn't the two worst. Our system chief pilot, his assistant, HR, then training... The list goes on!
