With the limited hiring taking place and the departure of several pilots, are there any upgrades at Compass right now?

Only 6 upgrades so far for the year. We are properly staffed:p

Anybody have an idea how long till the flowbacks start?

My buddy just told me a couple classes of 6 were running in July. Apparently they still have a pool.

Captain upgrades are not the problem. We are way better staffed with captains than F.O.s. Ever notice lately that premium pay flying is all for F.O.s? Ever notice how it is not that uncommon to see a rsv CA sitting in the right seat?

Nope, actually I didn't think that. Just used to people telling us we're being furloughed or sold for the last 2 years that I didn't even consider the thought that it was a legit question from someone who was interested in working. Sorry.

Maybe the appropriate question would have been: "I'm in the hiring pool, what have you guys heard about Delta furloughing and flowing back? Would it be worth my time to accept a job offer if given one or am I going to just end up on the street shortly after signing on?" See the difference? Your post just sounded like flamebait.
