If your end goal is Delta I would go to CZ. Very few SKYW pilots are getting on at Delta since they are non ALPA. Probably a quicker upgrade at CZ also.

A lot of SKYW guys have been hired and are being hired at DL, good rumor though.

Where do you want to live? I guess both carriers could give you MSP and LAX either way. As of today, Compass has much faster movement. Both are good companies, SKYW with a bit of an edge on pay and benefits. Good luck with your decision, definitely not the worst position to be in.

Compass. I have friends going bailing from Skyw to CZ for the movement.

You obvious aren't in the loop with what is going on in regards to Delta hiring these days. Also out of the loop in upgrade times between CZ and SKY I see. Facts aren't lies.

Both great companies. Lots of movement about to start at Compass right now and seniority is everything.
