Longer than LAX and SEA. Could be less than 6 months with the upgrades happening could be longer. Depends on bypass rates of MSP FO's. Depends on MSP staying the same size. Really depends on when your hire date is.

Only way to get an accurate number is to ask every FO above you what their plans are.

I don't think it will take too long to hold a line in MSP, but once you hold one, you will not move up as quickly as other bases. On top of that holding MSP CA will take much longer and holding a MSP CA line will take much longer after that.

This can all change depending on how Delta uses us. MSP could shrink further, stay the same, or grow. Depending on your goals, I can only suggest to move into the base that offers your seniority the best seniority and take advantage of the QOL and upgrade from there and move on to a major as quickly as possible. Then start worrying about making MSP your home.

Some of the trips suck next month. I've got a 4-day worth 16:45. Isn't there something we can do to raise the minimum value of a trip?
