Upgrade train may be slowing....out of 30 slots only 2 guys more junior to the most junior captain award on June 19th were awarded upgrade this time around

Doubtful. It'll go more junior as it always does. Same happened in May for one vacancy. The second September upgrade bid will go way junior.

Why do you think the September CA vacancy award will go junior? I'm thinking that everyone is getting their time now. Everyone is getting 85 hours closer every month. Curious. Thanks!

Revised award put out 6/26 showed 562 seniority as the most junior captain. The latest award went to 644.

"Upgrade train may slow" means that you might upgrade in 1 year now instead of 5 months. Plenty of flow guys left on the seniorty list and several other guys leaving elsewhere.

Most junior CA alternate is seniority #711???
I didn't even realize we had that many on property!
It seems we're gonna run out of qualified CA candidates before the last flows leave.

I don't think so, I know there are FO's with the time who wanted to get a couple months in the plane before upgrading. I think they'll be bidding upgrade soon.
