What's the latest in recruiting? Some of the classes coming through in the last month or so have had 2,10,3,4...

Any time in recent years that a regional took new flying, it typically came because one regional was undercutting another. I would say that this includes our American flying. We didn't take concessions to get them, but we were cheaper because we are a younger group. However, in this case, if the rumored Republic planes come to us, it is not because we underbid them, but because they couldn't staff the flying despite $40 per hour first year pay. Who is getting furloughed if we get a few of their planes? I would guess that they will still be hiring as many as they can, and probably still be flying a reduced schedule for the planes they have left due to staffing.

There maybe a time in the future that Compass is looking at it's AA flying going to Envoy. Just something to think about.

Does anyone know the number to the uniform office at MSP or how to find it?

I never disputed the AA flying was at the expense of others. I have stated repeatedly it was at the expense of the Envoy pilots. The point I was trying to make is to not root for flying that will just shuffle one plane from one place to another. To add to that, even rooting for additional planes mainline is adding is rooting against creating more mainline jobs, which in the end only hurts your potential career earnings.

This. We don't need more airplanes at Compass.

What anybody on here thinks or wants is irrelevant. The only deciding factors here are:
1.) Does Hulas want more flying?(he doesn't under bid, he always makes money and he's good at it)
2.) Are there airplanes a company wants to give Compass
It's really simple.
