10 upgrades...just kidding!! Only 4! They must be trying to staff all that "new flying" we're about to get....

Do we get the 75/ min guarantee while waiting for ioe? I'm ending up with a LOT of sit time after LOE this month waiting, and am concerned about how that'll impact my check!

Anybody with information on the long-term outlook for the SEA base? I know the line about regional flying being unpredictable...but can it be said with some confidence that its going to exist going forward for the foreseeable future?

Two LAX based aircraft are heading up to SEA in January. I'd say it's here to stay.

Crashpads as commuters, cost around the 350 ish range iv seen. Some move here and get a real apartment with roomates. Still insanely expense near LAX. Further inland, not horrible.. But the drive can get lengthy with traffic.
Some local guys/gals that already lived here may/may not be living at home. So I don't know what the natives are doing. But by my financial planning Id say with full confidence, first year fo pay and no other source of income makes it impossible to live in base without a roomate, and/or a crappy apartment. You wont be putting anything in savings, thats for sure.
