Could you please clarify? Are you saying that those who have been offered the bonus but hadn't yet received any of it can still receive the first installment (after passing LOE) AND draw the salary at the new, higher pay rate? Where is that guidance coming from?

Essentially if you had passed IOE but not yet gotten the first bonus check, then decided to take the 35/hr, you would be almost $3k behind by the time you got year 2 pay (based on a 75 hour guarantee). For those people it would have been more lucrative (by a lot) to take the bonus.

This solves that problem.

What don't you understand when I say you and I made great decisions about coming to Compass, but how that doesn't translate to Compass new hires today or Endeavor still sucking?

No email the CPZ ALPA insurance guy. I had a problem with my options. I was coded wrong in paycor. Also, page one of the enrollment page has a contact email for the person running it. Email them. They got back to me in about 6 hours.

Can someone explain why Compass has ~60 airplanes and 722 pilots on flica. Seniority list has even more than 722. And we took our last delivery of our AA planes. So I was told.

We are conitnuing to hire till, I think I heard, March without an appreciable amount of attrition.

Thats more than 12 pilots per plane.

Is there something else cookin on the back burner? Whats up doc!
