Can someone explain why Compass has ~60 airplanes and 722 pilots on flica. Seniority list has even more than 722. And we took our last delivery of our AA planes. So I was told.
We are conitnuing to hire till, I think I heard, March without an appreciable amount of attrition.
Thats more than 12 pilots per plane.
Is there something else cookin on the back burner? Whats up doc!

If that's the case, why are they not calling people that are applying? Their recruitment kinda sucks. Been trying to get a hold of them for months now!

Compass was my first choice. It took them months to get back to me and by the time I got a call for an interview I was halfway though sims at another airline.

When I first filled in my app, got nothing for about two months.
Then I was looking it over while updating my hours, turns out I had not filled out part of the addendum correctly. Once I corrected that, I got the email to call for interview literally within 20 minutes.

I would assume the additional hiring is for the republic airplanes that are involved in the Delta lawsuit. From what I gather republic is off the hook if they give over the airplanes.
Several people from what I hear have overheard your director of mx and the COO talking about adding the airplanes to the ops spec. This seems to be more than just a rumor. the republic airplanes to hit property first quarter of 2k16. Have at it.
