compass has some serious problems here. WOW!

Anyone hear any updates on the min-day pay for days with no flight assignments and associated back pay?
Did a bunch of FAI trips in January and don't see the extra hours on my settlement data. |

Emails were sent out. The way I read it was you get paid for 4 hours if its a calendar day free from duty but it does not count towards credit. Check your paystub. It should be there.

As far as I understand it the company hasn't exactly figured out how to implement it because they're all incompetent. Not only that... It costs money to change computer programs. So bet what they'll do is have you notify them when you need that pay code added. Kinda like when you pick up trips for critical pay.

Does anyone else have a huge problem with the fact that we have to explicitly ASK to be paid correctly (in reference to picking up premium/critical flying)? I feel like their "email us within 72 hours of the trip to receive CRI pay" policy is only in place because they think a handful of pilots will forget to email them and they will be off the hook for the extra cash. They act like they're doing you some HUGE favor by recoding a trip as CRI after the 3 days has past, but seriously: That isn't a favor. That's their job. And it shouldn't be a difficult one.

Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk I just remember all the times I have to look and see if we were actually required to be at 85 credit or not. I literally had to check the bid package today to make sure we were at 85. Though, seems like ony FOs ever get a chance to have a 75 hour month anymore [emoji12] . |

Wow, this is what the 121 world has come to now, complaining about having to actually call for a clearance. SMH
