Compass TSA Gojet.... Bueller?
Is there anyone out there?
3 separate certificates working for one management. Has this even happened before? While the rest of the industry is trying to merge or consolidate pilots, I believe the race to the bottom for these regionals started about a month go. Hard to believe there's no talk at least between two ALPA carriers. Is ALPAs plan seriously going to be to keep 3 separate carriers flying or is something being done quietly in the background? It was a scandal when Gojet happened but now its seems like standard practice. No? Anything?

Trans States Holdings already won a single carrier petition lawsuit in regards to TSA and GoJets if im not mistaken(Can any TSA guys confirm??). There really is nothing that can be done to force a merger, especially with that ruling already in place.

Similar thing happened in the Pinnacle/Colgan deal. Arbitrator first ruled in ALPA's favor, then some how, changes his mind and rules in the company's favor. Bet they sent him some $$$.

Hi!
Republic is 6 certificates (Chatauqua, Republic, ShuttleAmerica, Midwest, Frontier, Lynx) flying for one company. They are shutting down Lynx, combining Midwest/Frontier flying into Frontier brand name for their own flying, and keeping the others to fly feed.
Pinnacle/Colgan/Mesaba are now 3 certs flying for one mgmt team.
ASA/Skywest/ExpressJet is now 3 certs flying for one mgmt team, and they are trying to buy Comair.
