So you're saying compass doesn't have a flow through? or does it have guaranteed interviews for new hires once requirements are met? how is everyone else doing at compass "specifically new hires" in terms of attrition to other major legacy movements?

Go to Compass updates. Lots of info. New hires have guaranteed interviews in seniority order after the flows all leave. 160 will be left once this round leaves inna few months (140). Lots of FOs leaving for Airways, some to United as well. Upgrade is up to early 2012 hires, looking like it will up to early 2013 hires in the next couple vacancies.
