ZEDs at Mesa and Compass?

I've got offers from both Mesa and Compass. I'm not basing my decision on ZEDs, but I'll be commuting from Ireland quite often. Do
Mesa and Compass have ZEDs with the following?

Aer Lingus
British Airways
Virgin Atlantic
Flybe
KLM
Lufthansa

I also have an offer from ExpressJet but reading through the threads here I don't think I'll take that.

As I said, the commute won't be something I'm constantly doing, but ZEDs on the carriers above would really help.

If I had offers between the two I'd be going to Compass. Similar upgrade times, similar equipment.

That said, United has a regular nonstop to Dublin out of Dulles which for now is the junior Mesa domicile should you get on the CRJ.

I'm definitely leaning towards Compass. Like is said ZEDs aren't the be all and end all, but it would definitely be a major help to know if they have ZEDs with the companies mentioned above.

As an active Compass employee you will have similar ZED/interline benefits to an active Delta employee. From the airlines you listed above:

Aer Lingus - Yes
British Airways - No
Virgin Atlantic - Yes
Flybe - Yes
KLM - Yes
Lufthansa - Yes

I'm 99% sure you can buy ZEDs or ID90s on all those airlines listed. Also, with Compass you will have travel bennies with Delta. I have non reved to Dublin a few times on Delta with no problems (through JFK)

Compass vs Mesa wouldn't even be a debate in my mind...

Thanks so much for the replies guys. That is good to hear. Compass is definitely the first choice for me.

How about Mesa, TSA, XJT and PSA?

Keep in mind you will most likely be based out in LAX as a new hire at Compass right now. Maybe not for long with all the movement but something to think about

That's not a very tough decision either. I only applied to/had interest in working for 1 out of the 4 of those.
