Compass Flow Thru updates
 

Forgive my ignorance, I am trying to research this from the app version, But, does anyone have an update to compass flowthru? I know at eagle the contract allows all pilots on property to be included in the SAME flow, what about compass. I am debating a move over there and would like some more info on this since this is a big selling point for me.

New hires are not part of the flow. The flow was cut off with the sale to Trans States, currently roughly the top 300 guys on the list are able to flow. For everyone else including new hires it is just a guaranteed interview at Delta.

Is compass negotiating a new contract? Will it still only be an interview at Delta?

Waiting for our new contract to be implemented, no the flow is not coming back. Guaranteed interview is all you'll get but with alot faster movement than any other place really.

ok, you may be getting a flood of us eagle guys. I've had it if this turns into anything below current cba.

Waiting might not be the best option, probably good to get the ball rolling and roll the dice if you think its headed that direction. Anyone who is thinking of coming to compass is just about or already behind the bell curve for the hiring this round.

Yeah, I'm afraid I missed the boat. Still not sure if I'll accept the job if offered when I interview.

Even if you did miss the boat this round, there's gonna be another next year. Unlike Eagle where it'll either be current size or smaller, but not likely to grow at all.

have they reached the hiring quote already? I thought they wanted 160-180 this year? My app is in, just have to decide based on this eagle debacle.

They have hired roughly 100 so far. Still lots to go but I believe what my associates are saying is that the first few classes are the ones who benefit from this wave the most. People going forward will benefit hugely from the next wave which will be next year. Not long of a wait and well worth it IMO.
