No expert but when God shuts down the whole damn airport with a blizzard it would seem a real stretch to me to fault you personally.

Just my opinion of course.

The contract mentions something regarding having favorable forecasted weather on the day of commuting. So if they were going to follow it to a T (LOL), then they could say he should have been in position earlier since the winter weather event was forecasted in MSP. However I feel like asking someone to leave 2 days before a trip on an off day is also ridiculous so I'd imagine the clause should be in his favor.

Happened to me in ATL. They were fine with it.

All I did was email them via the method they listed on the letter. A few days later I got the "case closed" email and never heard a thing again, including the next couple years after that. Just make sure to tell them more than 50% of your flying was not in the state of California.

COO retiring after two years on the job....must be nice to leave the dumpster fire the current management team started.

Still not as bad as when the COO before him lasted what, six months? I did find it funny that the memo kept on saying that BG hasn't been at Compass for a long time when in reality he was there for 4 times longer than his predecessor. I guess I'll get to look forward to COO number 4 during my Compass tenure now.
