Training is supposed to reflect as projected credit for the month, right? The RSV grid for tomorrow is showing I have 0 projected hours but I have 6-month in mid-may, and I think something was assigned to me out of order because of it.

Yes it should be reflected in a projected credit.

Are there like 3 or 4 ATA guys even left? Most left in the flow to big D.

When I said senior captains I didn't mean senior in relation to the rest of the regional industry. I meant senior relative to Compass airlines. So yeah the most senior captains whether they're 3 or 10 years are still among the most expensive employees. I assume any kind of flow agreement wouldn't include any FOs. Usually you have to be a captain for a certain amount of time so no FOs would leave in the flow. Again, another given. If you think someone would lateral step over to 9E over a guaranteed flow to fly an A330 you're crazzazzy.
You'd make more first year at 9E than Hawaiian, not to mention the cost of living in Hawaii...so potentially...not everyone cares about a shiny brand new A330, some people actually like making a decent income and having a halfway decent QOL

Tomorrow is the first day of a new month, so that makes sense, but I thought that even at the start of a new month if you have training that you should start the month with that amount of credit on the reserve grid.

Default Hey management

To: management,

We need some good news! We have pilots leaving to airlines they weren't previously interested in working for. Sun Country. Allegiant. Spirit. Atlas.

Release something if you got it. Or forever hold your peace.

I think more importantly why are the attrition pie charts showing guys leaving for N/A. I've talked to a guy over at Endeavor who said there is a Compass pilot in class there.

My bet is that they don't want to admit people are jumping for another regional.

Could be correct. Or corporate. Or they're like me and said F this industry and straight up quit.
