Transystems seeks a pilot for its Citation M2.
This is a single pilot operation.
The ideal candidate would have connections to the Rocky Mountain West and comfortable with the lifestyle of a rural state.
The aircraft is based in Great Falls, MT and transports employees to operating sites in MN, ND, MT, WY and ID.
• Expected annual hours: 250
• Expected annual nights away from home: 57 (includes training & maintenance)
• Holidays away: none in the past 26 months
• Most flights are on weekdays. A flight on a weekend is rare.
• Transystems will pay for the initial type rating.
The company pays for annual recurrent training at Flight Safety or equivalent.
The compensation is $75,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, vacation, disability insurance and 401(k) with employer match.
If the successful applicant has a current Type M2 Rating there is an additional $10,000 new hire bonus payable 50% in the first 30 days of employment with the balance payable after 6 months of employment.
We are looking for a long-term employee. The annual flight hours are not sufficient to build hours towards an airline career.
The most important quality a successful candidate will have is a match with the Transystems culture.
Great Falls is in central Montana and is a base point between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. Excellent schools, great recreational opportunities and low cost of living make Great Falls good place to raise a family.
Transystems is a specialized transportation company that has been in business for 75 years.
