Citation Latitude or similar Pay
Hey Guys I am currently doing research for current pilot pay for citation Latitude or similar aircraft pay. My flight department is underpaid and looking to get some real world information on current pilot pay in the southeast region. The market has changed a lot in the past year and hoping there are some of you who don't mind sharing the pay range. You can always PM me. No names or company names needed obviously.

I'd agree that the pro pilot magazine survey is garbage, or at best, shows entry level first year charter salaries for "corporate". For Latitude Captain, my best estimate, for Part 91 in 2017, would be $125-140k+ base salary, depending on experience, longevity with the company, benefits, pension, bonus, stock, schedule, etc. But, things are changing very fast with the pilot shortage heating up. Corporate pilot salaries can be all over the map and they are going up at the good operators.
Here's the surveys I'd get my hands on:
2017 NBAA
2017 Net Jets Pay Scale (on APC)
2017 Gallagher (mostly large cabin salaries- hard to get)
2017 BCA magazine Ops Planning Guide - new one comes out in the August issue. 2016 says $126,969 for Latitude Captain base salary
2017 Conklin de Decker
2017 IBM Salary Survey - expensive and/or difficult to get
The issue with all of these is that the data will be from December 2016 or older, which is ancient history in this climate.
Good luck!
