Challenger 350 pay
Good afternoon,
I was hoping someone could give me a realistic salary range or expectation for a Fortune 100 company, Challenger 350 right seat. Turnover at this operation is nearly nil. I believe the latest pro pilot survey said 90 at the high, which I assume this operation would be at or exceed. Thank you for your help.

Depends on what they require for qualifications. If what they require for qualifications would allow you to fly as a PIC for another operation, then at a minimum they should be competitive with that, say $120k as minimum.
If it is truly SIC experience they are looking for then maybe less. I know of several pilots that have left corporate jobs recently and their former employers had to raise the salary offer by 40-50% to get qualified people to apply. (of course they didn't offer the current pilot that because their understanding of the market was over 12 months old and they thought it would be easy to find another pilot) Historical norms no longer matter, an employer has to pay you enough now to make it worth you're while to not be pursuing another opportunity instead.
