Challenger 300 right seat pay
Good morning,
Last time I posted in the forum I received a lot of good advice from some good people so I知 back. I am hoping to get an idea what would be considered median pay for a part 91 Challenger 300 PIC Typed right seat position. My current employer recently upgraded from a CE-560 to the CL-30. I知 not expecting to get rich but I think I am worth at least median pay and I definitely do not want to undercut all the other pilots out there trying to make a decent living by accepting a low salary. Thank you in advance for your time and advice.

Pro pilot is very low, and lots of instances of them withholding survey examples. NBAA is a much better, but sadly I do not have access to it at the moment.
But I'd say 85-90 would be a good salary for the position you describe.

Much depends on the area and type of flying.

Are the IBM/Pearl Meyers or other surveys showing the same info or total compensation?
