Default Challenger 300 right seat pay

Good morning,

Last time I posted in the forum I received a lot of good advice from some good people so I知 back. I am hoping to get an idea what would be considered median pay for a part 91 Challenger 300 PIC Typed right seat position. My current employer recently upgraded from a CE-560 to the CL-30. I知 not expecting to get rich but I think I am worth at least median pay and I definitely do not want to undercut all the other pilots out there trying to make a decent living by accepting a low salary. Thank you in advance for your time and advice.

Pro pilot study for 2017 says this:

Low: 64,000
High: 88,000
Mid:78,000

Pro pilot is very low, and lots of instances of them withholding survey examples. NBAA is a much better, but sadly I do not have access to it at the moment.

But I'd say 85-90 would be a good salary for the position you describe.

I know of a Fortune 100 company that was looking for a 300 FO, offered 120K and was laughed at multiple times without filling the position. If you want semi-current numbers, you should reference the IBM Comp aka Pearl Meyer. Pro Pilot and NBAA should be used as toilet paper IMHO. Bottom feeders suppressing wages.
Much depends on the area and type of flying.

In OKC that probably goes a lot farther than other places in the US. OKC is about as cheap as it gets.

Now why would someone accept less money for living in a low cost place?

That's YOUR financial windfall, not your employer's.

For clarification and fair comparison, the Pro Pilot Survey says that their numbers are for base salary only and DO NOT include any overtime, bonuses, benefits or other compensation.
Are the IBM/Pearl Meyers or other surveys showing the same info or total compensation?
