The NBAA Domestic Operations Committee is working on tools for operators to address the pilot retention issue with their respective companies. We would like to here from you if your department has recently revised your pilot's pay and/or benefits in an effort to attract and retain quality candidates within your pilot group.

Trans States just announced a $47,000 new hire signing bonus.

And, it sounds like they are merging w Republic because of the Pilot Shortage.
