SimCon
Not sure if this is the correct thread for posting this, so my apologies in advance if it's not. I'm looking for any and all opinions on working as an Instructor at SimCon, both from the student side as well as the Instructor side. Any information would be much appreciated!

Simcom
They like to string along people part time with the hopes of going full time. My buddy worked there and said it was a slave ship.

I cant speak for the instructors, But I attended SIMCOM from 2006-2013 for Citation training, and they were really good to me. I had the same instructors there each time and they seemed happy. That was quite some time ago, but If I was still flying a Citation I wouldn't think twice about going there again. I have since been going to CAE simuflite, who has a great facility in Dallas. They too do a good job. I think as a instructor they are begging for guys, if your buddy is up for moving I would be going to CAE as my first choice.

Not sure if things have changed, but SimCom and CAE required time in type to be an instructor. Flight Safety did not. Not sure if this is revelant or not.
