What’s there to do in Florida
Currently an Instructor but my family keeps naggin’ me to come back home to Orlando. I’m definitely gonna keep instructing for a long time as I love it and learn so much every day, but when I come home, what’s there to do?
Can’t seem to find anything that isn’t high hour corporate jobs and all the other regionals are everywhere else it seems.
There’s a Miami base for Republic and Envoy I believe but have also heard they are senior bases.
What else to do?

Options
1) get into high end owner flown instruction - BPPP, PA46, TBM, PC12. Rarified air but pays well and flexible schedule
2) The "high hour corp" jobs are gonna get lot less high hour in the next few years
3) Interested in sim instruction? Lotta work doing that
4) As a general rule, you will not go wrong finding a busy GA field, hanging around an FBO and making it known you are available. Say yes, every time ... business will find you.

I'm not trying to be rude, but so are Republic's, Silver's, and I imagine Envoy's.
But yes, Silver is HQ'd in FLL with domiciles listed on APC as TPA, MCO, and FLL. From what I've read, most of the flying for Silver is day trips. So once you can get based out of MCO it could be a pretty cush job if you are a young dude.
