Global Express fo salary

I’m scheduled to speak with the chief pilot concerning an fo position on the Global Express. The company operates two but only flys about 250 hours per year under part 91. What kind of salary should I expect in the Midwest? Thanks in advance!

What are you qualifications??
Are they gonna send you to Global initial I assume?
Have you been a Capt on another aircraft?

I would say 120K plus benefits for an FO
180-200K plus bennies as a starter for a Capt

Others feel free to chime in

Can you be state/city specific? Fargo, ND vs St Louis MO are very different in pay capacity.

Average 2019 Global salaries are 233k for captain and 131k for fos according to BC/A. NBAA averages are 210k and 145k. Many make more and the trend is rapidly increasing. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...55f62c5e25.jpg

Any chance you have this info for a G280?

I had another conversation and think the offer will be between 125k to 130k. This is probably to the low side as I will be cap on a KA350 and sic on the Global if offered and the position is accepted.
Thanks for the info!

Always be paid for the biggest airplane flown. Always.
