Seems like a new hire would get the copilot slot on the smallest aircraft in their fleet after everyone had moved up a notch. If not the place is very poorly managed. The posting has scam written all over it.

The worst pilot I ever had the horror of sharing a flight deck with was a former AA 777 Captain. My hat goes off to the entire AA 777 FO roster for not letting this guy kill hundreds.
