Second…why would anybody at Atlas/Southern be worried screwing up their retirement? It’s a straight 401k…

Seems like the airlines are attempting 100% compliance.

I’m going to accept the termination or whatever comes my way.

Wow. Throw away an entire career because you couldn’t man up and take two shots.

No need to belittle the guy, it's a free country, he's a grownup and can make his own choices.

I am in favor of vaccinations. But I am even more in favor of people making their own decisions.

And what makes you so confident you will make it to your retirement? Your arrogance is only outweighed by your washed brain.

You have 13 years to go, are you sure you want to F up your retirement?
Principles are fine, I even have a couple.

Let's all be nice please.

But as to retirement, most majors have a disability program so you'll be getting paid *something* all the way to age 65.

I agree that the Executive Branch at the Federal level has no power to enforce this mandate, but states unquestionably have that power and it’s settled law. Every state has long hel mandates for vaccinations.
Thats not true at all. Every state? Not one state does. There is no precedence for federal or state mandates anywhere. Jacobson vs Massachusetts was about a local county level mandate. And that is all we have ever seen. A few things though. Each one has lead to horrifying atrocities. While the Jacobson ruling was terrible it wasn’t a mandate it allowed a fine to get out of it which would be the equivalent of 155 dollars a month today. It also incidentally lead to the force sterilization of 60,000 women by way of the Beck case. We have slavery in our past too, does that mean we should allow it again? Of course not. The George Washington example is nonsense. Wasn’t even an injection back then, was only one camp for soldiers about to go into battle. The other events were completely racist local events which lead to terrible things. Instead we should learn from the past and make sure medical mandates never happen again. Yet here we are on a path that is going to lead to very dark days if not stopped. So, all in all. The federal government has no authority or precedence to do what they are attempting. Neither do the states for that matter. Within a company it’s discriminatory. It’s sad there are not more people pushing back on this.
