2500TT might get you the left seat on a Baron. What everyone here has said is right on. Most corporate companies or more so charter companies are audited by specialized companies. What this means to our "instant PIC requestor" is that most charter companies to receive a favorable passing grade must pass a multitude of criteria one of which is usually that ALL their PIC's have in the neighborhood of 5000TT. Since you don't meet that, it's not even worth it to go into what else they require.
And take this for what it's worth, but 90% of corporate aviation dept. managers will sniff out your "instant pic mentality". This is because you are not going to be a number, you will be a first name and they will see you alot of the time and don't want a problem.
Someone said it nicely, you are a part of a team, and I have seen guys in small jets with 3 times the amount of time you have NOT UPDGRADED all because of attitude.
In corporate its not WHAT you know, as much as WHO you know. Where you stand in the companies eyes, depends very much on where you sit with the decision makers.
the first response and even follow on responses were trying to be "political" (if you want to work in corporate, you better learn it), but mine is more of a 'direct' response. but an attitude likes yours will doom you the moment you open your mouth at an interview.
dont mean to sound standoffish.....just me telling it like it is....

I double that! I'm curious as to why this gentleman isn't interested in being a professional and wants to continue this race to the bottom.
Don't care about the pay? And to hear that from someone that has several thousand hours is discouraging.
